About the Project
Water scarcity is one of the greatest challenges in the Middle East. N-thalpie is currently implementing a demanding project in Jordan for the treatment of contaminated industrial wastewater and the recirculation of purified water back into the process.
System Capacity
- Treatment of 14 tonnes of contaminated water per hour
- Removal of:
- High salt concentrations
- Suspended solids
- Conductivity-causing ions
- Production of reusable process water through:
- Evaporation
- Condensation
- Solid separation
- Conductivity control
Engineering Services by N-thalpie
- Complete thermodynamic analysis
- Finite element simulations
- Mechanical design and engineering of all components
- Delivery of a turnkey engineering package to the client
Project Progress
- Manufacturing and system integration fully coordinated by the N-thalpie engineering team
- Planned on-site commissioning in 2026, including:
- Construction and installation supervision
- Commissioning
- Start-up operation
- Final system validation
Result
The system significantly reduces water consumption in a region facing acute water scarcity and therefore makes an important contribution to more sustainable industrial water use.
